In its ongoing quest for excellence, in order to meet the demands of the higher education, research and innovation markets, as well as those of the job market and entrepreneurship, the Aube Nouvelle University Group is committed to the continuous improvement of its organizational structure by renewing and strengthening its pool of part-time and permanent teaching staff.
To this end, the public is hereby informed that Université Aube Nouvelle is launching a recruitment process for temporary and permanent teachers for its two sites in Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso. The recruitment of teachers will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of decision n°10-2024/UAUBEN/PDF/IK/DG/LK/ps of August 20, 2024 concerning the recruitment of teachers at the Université Aube Nouvelle de Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso for the start of the 2024-2025 academic year.
All candidates for teaching positions are asked to submit their applications to the Université Aube Nouvelle in Ouagadougou or Bobo-Dioulasso. The deadline for receipt of applications is September 20, 2024. It should be noted that all former teachers are concerned, due to the updating of files and vacation contracts.
The file is composed as follows:
- a handwritten request addressed to the Founding CEO (PDF) ;
- a completed information form ;
- a cover letter ;
- A detailed updated curriculum vitae (CV) (including number of years in higher education, subjects taught and areas of expertise) dated less than two (2) months, signed and certified true;
- a proposed syllabus for each module the candidate wishes to teach;
- legalized copies of diplomas ;
- a legalized copy of the teaching certificate ;
- teaching certificates issued by higher education institutions where the candidate has taught, if applicable;
- letters of congratulations from the hierarchy, if applicable ;
- copies of all documents attesting to the experience specified in the CV.
The main basic criteria for examining files are as follows:
- level of education: minimum BAC plus 5 for institutes (ISIG Business School, High-Tech, Telecommunications, etc.);
- level of study: minimum PhD for faculties ;
- Experience in higher education: minimum 5 years;
- relevant professional experience for professionals: minimum 10 years;
- Publications and research: at least 2 publications in recognized academic journals and participation in conferences for teacher-researchers;
- proven pedagogical skills (mastery of teaching methods, ability to design courses in line with academic standards, etc.).
Fluency in English is an asset.
